We stopped by this hotel in Macau when travelling in Asia and it was a somewhat surreal experience. The MGM building is absolutely huge. We went for lunch in the dining area when walking through the facility. The food was good and the scenery was amazing with the very large art displays. It was for sure an Asian style of MGM building with various local influences showing in the hotel setup along with the traditional look and feel. This place is one you will want to visit at least once during a visit to Macau, China.

Luxury hotel with all the features that is centrally located in Macau tourism district.
A super artistic luxury hotel accommodation with large shopping area and casino in Macau, China. Lovely classical music performances in the shopping area. Very large and refined Asian vacation lodging in China.
We went for dinner at the fancy Belon Restaurant which was very nice when visiting Macau. We were staying at the Galaxy Hotel and went next door to the restaurant with amazing views of the Macau and Cotai areas of China. The food was great ad there was even live entertainment.
Staying at the Galaxy Hotel in Macau was a somewhat surreal vacation experience with such massive buildings that were done so nice down to every detail. The Galaxy hotel is massive with many rooms, restaurants, shopping and a very large casino. Ironically the casino does not have a poker room yet is the size of a footbal field. The pool is lots of fun with many play areas for small children. The wave pool was ok but the waves are too small to surf or boogie board. Getting to and from the hotel via the bus was easy.
